HEGLA bids farewell to retiring colleagues and honours long-serving employees

Celebrating long-service anniversaries and giving long-time colleagues a good send-off as they enter well-earned retirement are among the enjoyable yet wistful events in any business. It was a great pleasure for HEGLA Managing Directors Manfred Vollbracht and Bernhard Hötger to honour no less than eight people for 25 years of service with the company: Jürgen Althoff, Dieter Baumann, Norbert Bünger, Jakob Dück, Gerhard Hartung, Hans-Dieter Hillebrand, Jochen Mund and Ferenc Wayand.

During a special ceremony, both directors thanked the celebrants in person for their dedication, exchanged memories with them and looked back together at the years gone by. The directors also took the opportunity to honour the faithful service of each staff member individually. Bernhard Hötger emphasised in particular that it was only the commitment of these and all employees that had enabled HEGLA to grow from its beginnings as a small regional business to the internationally renowned company it is today.

The experience is of great value to HEGLA.

Manfred Vollbracht praised the celebrants, noting that "your ideas and your work made an important contribution to the success of the company". "The experience that you have accumulated over the past 25 years is of great value to HEGLA. Thanks to your knowledge and drive, you are now experts in your field".
The company management conveyed their best wishes for the future to the celebrants and thanked each of those present once more in person. "You will be needed and we look forward to continuing our close cooperation on a strong basis of trust."

25-year service anniversaries

The colleagues at HEGLA had to bid farewell to Fritz Trute, Edmund Edelhoff, Elmar Kuhlmann, Jakob Dück and Eckhard Vierig, all of whom entered well-earned retirement after many years of service. Manfred Vollbracht and Bernhard Hötger explicitly thanked them explicitly for their dedication and achievements in all areas of machinery, vehicle and fixture construction.

HEGLA is not only losing valued and reliable colleagues, but also expertise, skills, and experience

"It is with mixed feelings that we bid you farewell. As you come to the end of your long careers, we are happy that you will now have more time to devote to yourselves, your families and your interests. However, your departure means that HEGLA is not only losing valued and reliable colleagues, but also expertise, skills, and experience," said Manfred Vollbracht and Bernhard Hötger.

The management and the entire HEGLA team wished the retirees all the best for the next phase of their lives "and every success for everything that lies ahead".
