With the ReMaster storage and conveyance system from HEGLA, residual glass sheets remain in the cutting line. The residual glass sheets are automatically put into intermediate buffer in a space-saving horizontal buffer above the cutting table. The glass sheets are in the direct access and can be automatically delivered to the cutting equipment, quickly and without interruption.

No manual residual sheet handling, giving clearly improved continuity during cutting.
The stored residual glass sheets are automatically taken into account in the subsequent optimisation runs. This leads to improved glass utilisation.
The functions are cycle and time optimised, so that there is no unnecessary downtime at the breaking plant or the cutting plant.
Automatic residual glass sheet processing makes the organisation of production runs more flexible. This means that end runners can be incorporated as replacements for breakages or rejects at the last possible moment.
